Virtual Assistant Referral Program Database

Over the last 2 years, I have been able to successfully match over 1300 business owners with virtual assistants across the globe. I originally started working with virtual assistants as a means of providing military spouses with a portable career that they could grow from anywhere in the world. That mission grew with the downward spiral of employment opportunities in corporate America.

As a business consultant in the brick and mortar world it became glaringly apparent that businesses still needed employees but their overhead budgets could not afford full time “in-house” employees resulting in even greater number of amazingly talented individuals being sent home to look for new opportunities to provide for them families.

To make a long story short, I now have a database of over 2500 virtual assistants across the globe that have all been interviewed and/or trained by me and my team. Because of the increased popularity of virtual assistants within the brick and mortar world, I need to increase that database so as not to overload the existing members. Currently their talents and work experience cover 9 different industries.

The success of these matches are 2-fold:

• I only refer Virtual Assistants whom I have personally trained, or

• They are Virtual Assistants that have proven themselves to be an outstanding professional within their area of expertise.

Note: For those of you that have not met me or heard me speak about virtual assistants, I define a virtual assistant as anyone that provides a “service” virtually.
